Senator Saliu Mustapha of Kwara Central has expressed deep concern over the recent attack in Eruku, Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, describing the incident as “deeply troubling and strongly condemnable.”
In a statement posted on his Facebook page, the senator extended his heartfelt condolences to the victims, their families, the CAC church, and the entire Eruku community affected by the tragedy.
Senator Mustapha urged relevant security agencies to reinforce their presence in the area and take all necessary measures to protect lives and property, emphasizing that the safety and stability of communities must remain a top priority.
He also acknowledged the ongoing efforts of both the federal and state governments in improving security across Kwara State and called for continued collaboration among all stakeholders to effectively address security challenges.
“My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Eruku during this difficult time,” Senator Mustapha concluded.
