A former Chairman of Ekiti Local Government Area, Comrade Yinka Dallas, has openly declared his support for Senator Saliu Mustapha ahead of the 2027 political season, stating that the extended Ayeni family of Isapa, Ekiti Local Government Area of the state stands firmly with the lawmaker.

Speaking on Friday during a call-in programme on an Ilorin-based Albarka Radio, Dallas passionately expressed his commitment to the cause of the senator, emphasizing that if the blood vessels of his family members were cut open, they would “read Mustapha Saliu.”

He described the senator as a steadfast ally and a true friend of his family, appreciating his consistent support since the demise of their patriarch, Chief C.T. Ayeni.

“The Ayeni family is forever grateful to Senator Saliu Mustapha for always standing by us in times of need. He has proven to be a dependable friend and leader,” he said.

Beyond personal affiliations, Dallas highlighted the overwhelming support for the Turaki of Ilorin in Kwara South, describing him as a compassionate and inclusive leader. He asserted that Mustapha’s leadership style is non-discriminatory and would ensure fairness for all if entrusted with a greater position of authority.

Commending the senator’s recent empowerment programme, Dallas described it as “unprecedented,” stating that other lawmakers across the North Central region have been struggling to match the scale of Mustapha’s interventions. He urged the senator to remain committed to his people-oriented leadership, stressing that his impact is widely recognized and appreciated across Kwara State.
