MOK Foundation has officially launched its operations in Ilorin West Local Government Area, with a donation of N200,000 to its first set of beneficiaries. The foundation, known for its commitment to empowering communities and supporting vulnerable groups, has extended its reach to Ilorin West LG, bringing hope and succor to residents.
The donation, which took place on 28 July 2024 at Adeta area of Ilorin, was presented to beneficiaries, including widows, vulnerable and youths to support their livelihoods and businesses.
Speaking on behalf of the Foundation, Mr Lawal Saheed Temitope, emphasized the foundation’s mission to make a positive impact in the lives of people. “We are committed to supporting those who need it most,” Mr said. “Our goal is to empower communities and help individuals achieve their full potential.”
The beneficiaries, majorly women expressed their gratitude to MOK Foundation, praising the organization for its kindness and generosity. “This donation will go a long way in supporting my business,” said one beneficiary. “Thank you, MOK Foundation, for believing in us.”
