In the ever-dynamic world of politics, loyalty often stands as a rare virtue. The attribute embodied in a very big name, Aishat Bolanle Ismail a.k.a Iyalamule, the biggest mobilizer, a fearless woman and exemplary leader, has shown remarkable strength and unwavering allegiance in the face of adversity. Iyalamule story is a testament to resilience, perseverance, grace, and unshaken commitment to her values.
Despite a recent fallout with the leader, a fallout orchestrated by the machinations of some big wigs and close allies who built a wall of mistrust through fabricated stories, Iyalamule remains a beacon of loyalty. Stripped of some rights as a leader and loyalist and faced with the cold attitude, she could have chosen bitterness or retaliation. Instead, she chose grace and loyalty.
She keeps her watering the seeds to keep them alive as they continue to grow more wings and tentacles in the nook and cranny of the state. From the entire 193 ward to the 16 local government.
Today, at Arca Santa during Hon. Abdulrasak Owolabi naming ceremony in an awe-inspiring display of character, she attended the occasion with her supporters, singing praises of the Governor, the leader of Kwara politics and architect of modern Kwara, the Chairman of Nigeria Governor Forum, the Sardauna Ngeri of Ilorin, the son of the first Mutawalee of Ilorin, Mall. Abdul Rahman AbdulRasaq who some people have believed he distanced himself from her. Such a display of humility and unwavering commitment to the larger vision of leadership and service is rare in today’s political climate, most especially in our dear Kwara of today.
Aishat Bolanle Ismail Iyalamule is more than just a politician; she is a leader with an unyielding spirit, a woman who puts principles above personal grievances. Her actions remind us that politics should be about service, unity, and progress, not division or selfish ambition.
In a time when the temptation to burn bridges might seem justifiable, she has chosen to build them. Her steadfastness is not only admirable but also a call for reflection for leaders and followers alike. She embodies the true essence of leadership: serving and supporting, even when faced with challenges.
To Aishat Bolanle Ismail Iyalamule, on behalf of the lover of the governor we say thank you. Thank you for your courage, your resilience, and for being a shining example of what it means to remain loyal to a cause larger than oneself. Kwara State and its people are fortunate to have you. May your efforts inspire many more to rise above pettiness and serve with grace and dignity.
Iyalamule story is one for the ages, and we celebrate her today as a woman of virtue, a great mobilizer, and an unwavering pillar of strength to the out leader, Mall. Abdul Rahman AbdulRasaq.
