The Isale Ade Mosque, which was remodeled by the 3rd Asiwaju of Offa, Alhaji Owoyemi Tajudeen, has been officially commissioned, marking a significant milestone in the community’s development. The event, which took place early today, was attended by dignitaries, community leaders, and members of the public including the chief host, Alhaji Tajudeen Owoyemi (Asiwaju of Offa), Elder Kayode Alabi (Deputy Governor of Kwara State), Alhaji Mustapha Olowogada, Alhaji Muyideen Okunlola Kayode (MOK) and other dignitaries of Offa and lovers of the Ibolo kingdom.
As part of the commissioning ceremony, Asiwaju, MOK, presented a brand new car to the Imam of the mosque in recognition of his dedication and service to the community.
The gesture, which was met with applause and gratitude, underscores Asiwaju, MOK’s commitment to supporting community development and promoting the well-being of religious leaders.
In his remarks, the Chief Imam of Offa, Sheikh Muhydeen Salman, emphasized the importance of religious institutions in promoting peace, harmony, and social cohesion.
